By using GridThree (the website at gridthree.com and the app at gridthree.app), you agree to these terms.

Beta software

GridThree is in beta. Features may change, and things may break. It is provided free of charge "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Your work is your responsibility

Your documents are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Keep your own copies of anything important by downloading .grid3 files. We cannot recover lost work.

GridThree's Check feature points out possible mistakes, but it does not guarantee your numbers are correct. Review every invoice, report and calculation yourself before you rely on it or send it. GridThree does not give legal, tax or accounting advice.

Acceptable use

Don't use GridThree for anything illegal, and don't try to disrupt or attack the website or the app.

Ownership

You own what you create with GridThree. The GridThree name, logo and software belong to GridThree.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GridThree is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of the website or app.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using GridThree after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
