GridThree is built so that your work stays with you. This page explains what we collect and what we don't.
Your documents stay on your computer
The GridThree app at gridthree.app runs entirely in your web browser. The sheets, slides, invoices, client names, logos and business details you enter are stored in your browser's own storage on your device. They are not sent to us or to anyone else. We cannot see, read or recover them.
Because your work lives in your browser, clearing your browser's site data or switching to another browser or computer will remove it. Download a .grid3 copy (Save ▾ → Save a copy to this computer) for anything you want to keep.
What we collect
- Email sign-ups. If you join the update list on gridthree.com, we store your email address, the use you picked (if any), and the date. We use it only to send GridThree news, such as the Pro launch.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the website and protect it from attacks.
- Visitor counts. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It doesn't use cookies and doesn't track you across other websites.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information.
- We don't use advertising trackers.
- We don't upload or read the documents you make in GridThree.
Removing your email
Every update email includes a way to unsubscribe. You can also email hello@gridthree.com and ask us to delete your address.
Children
GridThree is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we add features that store information on our servers, such as Pro cloud save, we will update this page before they launch and explain what is stored and why.
